This site showcases photography by Tish Buchanan.
For many years I’ve dabbled in the creative arts and photography, I capture whatever and whomever one click at a time.
It was on a visit to the Corcoran Gallery of Art to see an Annie Leibovitz exhibit that my perspective changed and my focus became clear, I entered the Ansell Adams exhibit and after looking at his amazing photography of the Yosemite National Park I was hooked. From that moment on I predominately focused on nature and landscape photography, it's where I find peace & serenity in the rising or setting sun, shadows thrown by the light through the trees, twilight lit lakes or in the scattering of wildlife.
While nature is my passion, I also photograph weddings, special events, and individual or family portraits. When I embark on an assignment I envision infinite possibilies in every click!
